Summary of responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategic Planning :

• Provide visionary leadership for Fraternity and Sorority Life, setting long-term goals and priorities for the department.
• Develop and implement policies, programs, and services that enhance the student experience within the Greek community.
• Serve as a primary liaison between FAU administration and fraternity and sorority governing councils, local advisors, and national headquarters.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures as well as national standards for fraternity and sorority life.
• Collaborate with senior leadership within Student Affairs to align Greek Life initiatives with institutional priorities.

Minimum Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience; or a master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience required.

Salary : $75,000 per year.

College or Department : Division of Student Affairs

Location : Boca Raton

Work Days and Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Some evenings and nights required.
