• ???? Pay Range : $18 - $22 per hour
• ???? Shift Hours : All Shifts Available
• 1st Shift - 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 2nd Shift - 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

The Dixon Group is looking for a Machine Operator to join our skilled manufacturing team in Chestertown, MD! In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and maintain specialized machinery to produce high-quality parts that power the agricultural industry. You’ll work with hydraulic presses, marking devices, and threading equipment to assemble precision components — and we’ll make sure you have the training and support to succeed. Experience in welding & plasma cutting is a strong plus!
