Your Responsibilities :

Manage Daily Operations – Oversee all aspects of food service, including meal preparation, service, and sanitation.

Ensure Compliance – Maintain adherence to health, safety, and dietary regulations.

Menu Planning & Nutrition – Collaborate with dietitians to create delicious and nutritious meal options.

Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive work culture.

Budget Management – Monitor expenses and maintain cost-effective food service operations.

Resident Satisfaction – Engage with residents to ensure meals meet their preferences and dietary needs.

Qualifications :

Experience in Food Service Management (Healthcare or long-term care preferred).

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Relevant Certification (Preferred).

Strong Leadership & Organizational Skills.

Knowledge of State & Federal Dietary Regulations.

Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities.
