[job_card.job_description]Inspection & Testing : Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using advanced precision measuring tools, including manual and automated CMMs. Compliance : Ensure all parts meet ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 13485, and AS9100 : 2016 standards. Documentation : Accurately record inspection results and prepare detailed reports for internal and client review. Continuous Improvement : Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions to prevent defects. Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and clients to meet quality requirements. Training : Mentor junior inspectors and participate in ongoing training for quality assurance protocols and CMM programming.
