Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00

What you will do:

• The Social Services Assistant assists the Social Services Director in providing services to meet the social and emotional needs of the residents/patients.
• Develops a rapport with the residents/patients and presents their concerns to center management.
  • Charts as assigned
• Assists with Resident Council
• Assists the Social Services Director with discharge planning for residents
• Follows all center's policies and procedures

Must have:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting required
