A company is looking for a People Strategy & Programs Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise between US Centers of Excellence and local People Teams to implement the firm's people experience strategy
Manage and promote initiatives focused on employee well-being, apprenticeship programs, and retention strategies
Analyze people data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for program adjustments
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in HR, People Strategy, Program Management, or a related strategic role
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Experience working in a complex, matrix organization
