Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting clients with their automotive service needs

JOB TITLE: Service Advisor

REPORTS TO: Service Manager

LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH
SHIFT: 7am-4pm or 4pm-11pm

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking notes regarding the customer’s concerns
• Quoting and selling estimates
• Updating the customer as needed
• Communication with technicians
• Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approvals

• Must be reliable
