CME Associates is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Inspector to join our team in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inspecting public projects and will preferably hold NICET I certification. As an Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of public projects within Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties.

Responsibilities

• Project Inspection : Conduct thorough inspections of public projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and other infrastructure, to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection findings, including photographs, reports, and other relevant documentation. Prepare inspection reports for clients and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Quality Control : Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and address construction and design issues promptly, ensuring the quality and safety of the project.
• Compliance Monitoring : Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure they adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols, taking appropriate actions to address non-compliance.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Provide clear and concise updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
