Bilingual Safety Supervisor
Our client based in Denver, CO is currently seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor who is fluent in both English and Spanish for a full-time salaried position.

Safety Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Oversee and administer safety protocols for commercial roofing projects at various locations.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and regular safety meetings.
- Facilitate safety training sessions, orientations, and toolbox talks in both languages.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and equipment damage, and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate OSHA logs, incident reports, and training records.
- Manage workers' compensation cases, including tracking claims and return-to-work plans.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations at all times.
- Support CDL / DOT driver file management and vehicle compliance tracking.
- Update safety program documentation in various compliance systems.
- Attend safety meetings with clients and coordinate site activities as needed.
- Keep safety policies, manuals, and procedures up to date.
- Travel within Colorado to multiple job sites, with limited overnight stays.
Requirements for Safety Supervisor :
Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is essential for conducting training sessions.Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety or EHS coordination, roofing background preferred.Excellent knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation techniques.Proven ability to lead training sessions and communicate effectively with field teams.Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and physical activities such as climbing ladders.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel statewide regularly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.Familiarity with safety portals like Veriforce, ISNetworld, Avetta is a plus.Certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR are preferred.Features and Benefits :
