Staff Accountant (Part-Time)

  • On-site in Owings Mills
  • 25 hours per week
  • Flexible days you choose your schedule (Only M-F)

    • Positive Pathways, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with DDA experience to support our mission of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. LTSS experience is a plus.

    About the Role

    You will support the financial integrity of our DDA and LTSS programs through daily accounting tasks, billing, reporting, and audit support.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting functions related to DDA / LTSS billing and reporting
  • Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Oversee payroll compliance
  • Monitor budgets and provide updates to leadership
  • Coordinate with auditors, funders, and state agencies

    • Qualifications

  • Preferred : Experience with LTSS and DDA billing
  • Bookkeeping / accounting background (human services experience preferred)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid billing and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
