We’re looking for a Maintenance Dispatch Supervisor to oversee a team that manages residential maintenance work orders from start to finish. In This Role, You Will :

• Supervise, train, and support a team of dispatch professionals
• Ensure work orders are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for leadership
• Collaborate with field maintenance and supply chain teams to drive operational success
• Manage escalated issues and high-priority repairs with urgency
• Optimize workload assignments, aiming to allocate 70% of tasks to internal field staff
• Lead by example and help shape a responsive, high-performing maintenance operation
