Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling State Farm insurance products.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Policy Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using State Farms CRM systems.
- Customer Support: Address policy inquiries and provide support for claims, billing, and coverage questions.
- Community Involvement: Participate in local community events to foster a positive image and establish strong client relationships.
Requirements- Active Washington State Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain within 30 days (licensing assistance provided)
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
