About the Role

Our Security Officers are integral in protecting vital assets, especially in situations where the threat to life or critical infrastructure is significant. As part of this elite team, you will undergo advanced training in enhanced security protocols and gain exposure to state-of-the-art technology. With high qualifications and rigorous training standards, success in this role allows you to become part of one of the most esteemed groups within Inter-Con.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • CPR / First Aid / AED certified.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Pass a Fingerprint background check and drug screening.
  • Valid State Guard Card.
  • Reliable Transportation.

    • Responsibilities Include :

  • Issuing access badges according to service level agreements.
  • Screening associates and investigating activation causes.
  • Monitoring facility activities to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Reviewing and archiving CCTV videos related to incidents.
  • Maintaining logs and completing incident reports before the end of shifts.
  • Responding to alarms per SLA standards.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to associates regarding security matters.
  • Conducting patrols and reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
  • Performing audits as required.
  • Responding to and assisting in emergency situations.
  • Covering open positions as needed for breaks and absences.
  • Participating in emergency evacuation drills.
  • Other duties as necessary and agreed upon.

    • Work Environment and Schedule :

  • This position operates at client sites, which may be indoors or outdoors.
  • The role involves prolonged standing and walking during routine security activities.
  • Requires open availability for Nights, Weekends, Holidays, and potential overtime.
  • Shifts and holidays will be assigned as needed.
