Overview :
Our client is a highly reputable private wealth management practice providing comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and insurance solutions. They are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Associate to support daily investment operations, enhance the client experience, and partner closely with Advisors to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities :
Client Service & Meeting Support :
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and follow-up with urgency and professionalism
- Assist with meeting preparation including reviewing financial profiles and building plan updates under Advisor guidance
- Participate in client meetings, present select materials, and document action items with accuracy
Investment Operations :
Open and maintain accounts; process trades, transfers and wire / ACH requestsMonitor alerts, funding, advisory activities, and document compliance needsSupport proposal revisions, performance reviews, and operational workflowsInsurance Support :
Assist with life, disability, and long-term care insurance application processing, policy changes, and underwriting requirementsProcess Improvement & Collaboration :
Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolutionIdentify and propose workflow efficiencies to continuously improve client and team experienceMaintain clean, organized, and compliant client recordsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required3–5 years of investment brokerage operations experienceFINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 7 + 63 & 65 equivalent) within 6 months of hire if not already licensedWA state life & health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)Strong client written and verbal communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient with MS Office and CRM technologyCompliance-focused mindset and strong attention to detailCompensation & Benefits :
Base salary : $70,000–$110,000 depending on experience and licensing90–100% employer-paid health coverage (plan-dependent)4% 401(k) matchPTO, paid holidays and paid volunteer dayEmployer-paid disability coverageWork Environment :
