Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2102.22 - $2303.49

PT- Rehab needed asap

REQUIRED SKILLS : Inpatient rehab experience

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : stroke, BI, Amp, ortho

Scrub Color : light blue

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Rehab

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-PA

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)
