Manager Of The Cardiac Cath Lab

Position Purpose : Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab at St Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

What You Will Do :

Maintains productivity levels, schedules staffing, serves as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and works with the department director on strategic planning initiatives. Also, this leader works closely with the cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products.

What You Will Need :

Licensure / Certification / Registration : RN (Registered Nurse), RRT (Respiratory Therapist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) is required. Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association is required. Education : Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required. Experience : Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a Leadership / Management role. Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
