Full-Time Senior Paid Media Specialist - Hybrid

We are seeking a full-time Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic Home Office team!Are you a data-driven media strategist with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable ROI? In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid media campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and TikTok. You’ll work with a 7-figure ad budget, developing strategies that drive results while staying ahead of digital marketing trends. Key Responsibilities Include :

• Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and display.
• Optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, bid strategy, and A / B testing.
• Monitor pacing and budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Partner with internal creative teams to align messaging and visuals with campaign objectives.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Maintain relationships with platform reps and vendors to leverage the latest tools and best practices.

While this position is primarily remote, it does require in-person attendance at Empire's Home Office in Pottsville, PA, as scheduled. The pay range for this position is $80, - 90, per year depending on experience.
