Director / Vice President - Equity Capital Markets

We are seeking a Director / Vice President to join our dynamic Equity Capital Advisory team. This critical role involves advising top-tier public and private clients on their most complex capital-raising initiatives, driving successful strategies from conception through execution.

Role Overview : Strategic Execution & Advisory

Deliver exceptional strategic and execution advisory across a full range of equity transactions :

  • IPO Leadership & Advisory :
  • Lead comprehensive IPO advisory engagements : readiness assessments, strategic positioning, and structuring.
  • Guide clients through the entire IPO lifecycle, ensuring public market readiness.
  • Advise on optimal timing, structure, and terms for equity offerings (e.g., Follow-ons, Private Placements, Convertible Debt).
  • Manage underwriting, book building, pricing, marketing, and share allocation to institutional investors.
  • Oversee transaction settlement and post-closing activities.

Key Qualifications :

  • ECM / IB Experience : Significant prior experience as a Vice President or Director within an Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking group is essential.
  • Advisory Acumen : Proven experience in investor relations or corporate advisory, servicing sophisticated corporate and financial clients.
  • Communication Mastery : Exceptional written and verbal skills to articulate complex financial strategies persuasively.
  • Execution Focus : High-energy, results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
