Handbag Accessories Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and meticulous Designer to join our creative team, focusing on handbags and backpacks for Juniors and Kids categories. The perfect candidate will bring strong expertise in textile print design, proficient technical skills, and a team-oriented mindset. If you thrive in a lively, dynamic setting and enjoy creating trendy, playful designs, this role is a great fit for you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and develop handbags and backpacks tailored to Juniors and Kids markets.
  • Create original textile prints, patterns, and graphics that stay on trend with each season.
  • Produce accurate flat sketches, technical packs, and line sheets.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and maintain clear communication with vendors and factories.
  • Ensure product specifications are detailed and followed up effectively for accuracy.
  • Work closely with production and merchandising teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accessories design; preferred experience with handbags and backpacks.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Deep knowledge of textile print design and development processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.
  • A positive, collaborative approach and an eagerness to grow professionally.
