Indiana Treatment Centers, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, is opening a brand-new Mishawaka facility in December 2025. We are seeking a compassionate and skilledNurse Practitionerto join our founding team and provide high-quality, recovery-focused care to individuals overcoming substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
What Youll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including detox, withdrawal, and MAT protocols.
- Supervise nursing staff in safe medication administration as needed.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, case managers, and directors.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery pathways.
- Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
