Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality carpentry work on remodeling projects including framing, trim, and finish carpentry

Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

Lead and manage a 3-person field crew to complete projects efficiently and to company standards

Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timelines and expectations are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards

Ensure all work reflects craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of residential and commercial remodeling experience

Proficient in reading blueprints and leading small crews on-site

Must provide own hand tools and power tools

Reliable transportation to and from job sites required

Experience with tile installation is a huge plus

Additional skills in plumbing or basic electrical work are a bonus

High school diploma or GED preferred
