Remote Customer Service Associate

A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries about utilities through phone calls, chats, and emails, documenting interactions and assisting with customer issues

Utilize Microsoft Office tools and ensure reliable internet access while working from a quiet, private location

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service

1 year of experience in a call center environment

6 months of experience with a utilities company

High School Diploma or GED required
