This established commercial contractor headquartered in Seattle has been in business for over 35 years delivering multiple projects in the commercial, corporate office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and healthcare markets.

Embarking on the next phase of its long-term expansion strategy, they are recruiting for a Business Development Manager.

In this role, you will help develop new clients, utilizing their extensive portfolio of completed works, reputation, and network to solicit and convert new business opportunities in the Greater Seattle area.

This role reports to the company President and will be rewarded with an excellent base salary, bonuses, and benefits including PTO, healthcare, vehicle allowance, and more.

You will ideally have 10+ years of commercial construction experience having worked in project delivery, pre-construction, and client management or sales.
