Industrial Plant Mechanic - Full-Time
Location: Tulsa Oklahoma
Pay: $37.61/hour

Overview:
Central Plains Cement Company is seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment in a production environment. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, millwright experience, and a self-starting attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair industrial processing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions using voltmeters and testing tools
• Disassemble machinery and replace defective parts
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Reassemble and test machinery to confirm successful repairs
• Read blueprints and technical manuals for accurate installation and repairs
• Weld and fabricate parts when necessary
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used
• Support operators with equipment function training when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright
• Journeyman-level experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, and industrial tools
