What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.

Assist with visitor and contractor check-in processes, maintaining accurate records of individuals entering and leaving the premises.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding individuals according to site-specific procedures and protocols.

Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Support the enforcement of company policies regarding prohibited items and restricted areas within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Document and report any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance needs observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
