Salary : $185,000 - $200,000 per year

A bit about us :

Mid-sized law firm seeks to add an experienced Litigation Attorney who has extensive Trial experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as lead attorney / first chair on several trials (ideally 5+) as well as some jury trials. If you have a background with Construction, Real Estate, or Business / Commercial Litigation, we want to hear from you!

Job Details

Requirements :

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• 7+ years of Litigation experience in Business, Construction, or Real Estate Litigation.
• Experience as lead attorney and / or first-chair for several trials, including some jury trials!
• Extensive experience with motion practice, pleadings, discoveries, etc.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a huge plus!
