A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst-1.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute audits for operational teams, adapting to changes as necessary
Analyze audit data to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
Prepare reports and presentations on audit findings for management review
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced experience in quality may substitute for a degree
4+ years of experience in quality or business process improvement analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and / or Visio is a plus
Quick data processing skills are essential
