A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders

Motivate and manage a direct report sales team to achieve production milestones

Identify new strategies to drive volume and gain market share

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's Degree preferred

5+ years of lending experience preferred

Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment

Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations

Flexibility to work varying hours
