Overview

American Fuels Service , a division of the H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a full time Service Technician / Building Maintenance person to maintain various buildings as well as take charge of all facets of HVAC service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment as well as overseeing installation and start-up of new systems. The ideal candidate is detailed, organized, and has the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

There are several buildings located on site that require maintenance and cleaning

Restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, floors (including stairs and hallways), windows, office areas, foyers, boardrooms

Trash, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mapping, sweeping
