Computerized Reservation System handling. Flexible schedule preferred. No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred. Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Minneapolis' entertainment district, The Lofton Hotel offers an upscale experience with a perfect blend of modern amenities and exceptional service. You will have the opportunity for a rewarding career working with Minnesota’s first Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, with hospitality professionals who together make the hotel one of the top ranked in Minneapolis. Our priority is providing our guests and team members with exceptional experiences every day.
Compensation : $18.86 / HR
What will you be doing?
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive, gather information such as name, check guest’s reservations or log them in as set up.
- Politely take guests to table, hand them menus, wine list, and inform them who their server will be, inform them of specials and leave with a courteous greeting.
- Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
- Act as a cashier for Dining Room.
- Thank all guests graciously and invite them to return.
- Assist with banquet event orders and set up for private functions.
- Maintain all cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant area along with personal hygiene.
