Vocational Case Manager

A company is looking for a Vocational Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Social Security disability beneficiaries in the Ticket to Work program

Conduct vocational assessments and develop individualized work plans

Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients during their job search and employment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in vocational evaluation, counseling, social work, or related field; Master's level preferred

2+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or disability employment services

Knowledge of Social Security work incentives and the Ticket to Work program

Must have reliable internet and meet state vocational case management eligibility requirements

Willingness to attain CRC or related certification if not already held
