Summary
The level of Mechanical Assembler (i.e. : I, II, etc.) is dependent upon years of experience and applicable skill level in performing required tasks inside the department from the most basic essential duties to the more complex duties as determined by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities All skills are dependent upon level and include the following with other duties as assigned.
Tools and machines : screw drivers, drills, clamps, vices, knives, gauges, scales, temperature recorders, etc.

Driving :
This position may require you to drive a company vehicle which will require a clean driving record. As a pre-employment contingency and prior to being appointed in this role you will be required to present a valid Washington State Driver’s license and may need to provide Jamco America with a current driving record from the state of Washington’s Motor Vehicles office documenting your current driving record status within the past three years. Position may also require that you submit to periodic screening of your driving record.

Level Definition
Level I
Under close supervision trains to assemble and rework units in a production environment. Utilizes visual aids, drawings, and oral / written instructions to assemble products.
This is the entry level assembler position with no experience required.
