Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction. Oversee cash register operations and ensure tills are properly managed. Implement break schedules for staff and ensure all inside employees are equipped with walkies for communication. Limit idle time and maintain focus on tasks to enhance productivity. Monitor and manage customer lines, providing assistance as needed. Report any issues to management promptly and seek support when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Commitment to upholding company standards and values. - Train for three days on the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
