Studio SC is looking for a highly motivated Environmental Graphic Designer to join our collaborative and conceptually-driven environmental graphic design studio.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who has exceptional typography and graphic design skills, a passion for conceptual thinking, and a desire to collaborate with design team members to create and deliver impactful experiential and environmental graphic programs.

Your experience with environmental graphics and design documentation, creative problem‑solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and understanding of spacial design and wayfinding principles are important to you in developing and delivering high quality solutions for dynamic three‑dimensional experiential design projects.

THE ROLE

• Design concepts and develop strategies through research, stakeholder engagement, concept narratives, mood boards, design references and sketches
• Develop concepts into 2D & 3D design solutions using sketches, elevations and renderings, exploring materiality, form and function
• Deliver design documentation, technical specifications, and other materials for implementation in the form of sign location plans, message schedules, and detailing for fabrication
• Manage + participate in architectural & fabrication coordination and installation oversight
• Contribute to Studio development, hone skills and experience, and build industry contacts

This role is a full‑time, hybrid position that requires the candidate to be available to work from our studio in Seattle with some travel to project sites.
