Post-Acute Care Physician opportunity in Valparaiso, IN

Great opportunity for a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in the Northwest Indiana area. This is a full-time opportunity (5 days / week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

Position Highlights :

Qualifications

  • Current physician license (state of Indiana) and DEA
  • Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred but not required; new grads welcome to apply
  • Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
