We are looking for highly motivated, friendly and outgoing professionals to join our team as an In-Home Sales Representative ! Do you want to earn $100,000+ a year? Does the thought of helping people repair the largest asset, their home, excite you? Are you ready to work for a company who is the leader in the foundation repair industry? What kind of training do we provide?

  • Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

    • What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

  • We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
  • After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
  • You will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

    • The compensation is uncapped commission-based ; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!

    Requirements :

  • At least 3 Years In-Home Sales experience
  • B to C experience
  • One call close experience
  • Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug test, have a valid driver's license and favorable driving record and background
