, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in California
- 2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation in CA , including discovery and motion practice
- Trial and trial preparation experience is ideal
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team
- Exposure to FEHA , agency complaints , wage & hour , and related employment law matters is advantageous
