[job_card.job_description]Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections. Bank & Account Reconciliation : Reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card accounts. Payroll Support : Assist with processing payroll and managing employee records. Expense Management : Track and categorize expenses; monitor spending trends. Financial Reporting : Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review. Collaboration : Work with the billing, clinical, and administrative teams to support accurate revenue cycle and financial operations. Compliance : Ensure all bookkeeping complies with internal policies and external regulations. Record Keeping : Maintain orderly and up-to-date digital and paper records for audits and reviews. High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Coursework or certification in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (Preferred). 1 year in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related administrative role (Preferred). Experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare setting is a plus. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software (Preferred). Competitive salary , negotiable based on experience.
