Admissions Support Coordinator
The University of Colorado Boulder Law School encourages applications for an Admissions Coordinator. This position provides comprehensive support, office management, and is the primary admissions event coordinator. The role requires frequent engagement with a diverse range of individuals, including prospective students, faculty, staff, and external visitors. Together, these responsibilities ensure a seamless, welcoming, and highly effective admissions experience for all who engage with Colorado Law.

What You Should Know
This is a primarily in-person position with the potential for one day a week to be remote after training is complete. The anticipated work schedule is Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
What We Can Offer
The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Relocation assistance is available within departmental guidelines.

What We Require
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.

Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of office technology, specifically word processing environments, Internet navigation, databases, and e-mail correspondence. Highly accurate, pay attention to details, meet timelines, complete projects as assigned, and have the ability to follow through. Good judgment and independent decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize projects and tasks effectively and in an organized manner. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability and flexibility to accommodate full workload demands and trouble-shoot issues as they arise.
