We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician who is interested in year-round work with a Company that leads in pay and provides the opportunity for growth and advancement. Position Summary : To provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work hours : 40+ per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Pay : Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience + bonuses! Our top technicians are making over $100k yearly!

Required Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred, but we will consider all levels
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• NATE Certified is highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and instructions
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience repairing and replacing decisions
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
