A company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer 4.
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize advanced structural engineering tools to design Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and structural engineering consultants to coordinate design activities
Develop, review, and finalize requirement documents, methodology documents, and design reports
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred
At least 8 years of experience in nuclear / non-nuclear structural design
Proficiency in designing and analyzing concrete and steel structures; familiarity with relevant codes preferred
Proficient in ANSYS; experience with LS-DYNA is a plus
Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
