VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Cardiology.

• Description : MUST have clean background. Pre app is required immediately upon offer please attach with submission to prevent delays. The pre app is required so that medical affairs can do a pre check of background and licenses prior to final offer being approved. The below info is required : Specialty : CardiologyStart Date : as soon as credentialed Contract Length : 1 year - client prefers candidates that can offer up to 1 year. They said you can hardly get anyone trained and up to speed within 6 months so are only reviewing candidates for at least a year right nowShift Details : 8 hour days starting at 7am or 8amSchedule : Monday - Friday or 7on / 7off - No call coverageWork Details :
• Support staff : NP's or PA's
• Amount of coverage needed per month : 2 weeks per month
• Patients per day : approx 10
• Patient population / age :
• Department description : Level 1 trauma center inpatient only consults only no follow up floor work only no ICU
• EMR : Cerner
• Hospital bed size : 1078 beds
• Special procedures :
• Skills required : Cardiograms Nuclear Stress TestsPractice Setting :
• Hospital Requirements :
• Board Certification : required
• State license required : required unless IMLC
• DEA : required
• Certifications preferred :
• Certifications required : BLS ACLS

• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
