We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at the National Operations, Support & Distribution Center in Robinson Township. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, keeps things running like clockwork, and loves solving problems before they even happen, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate issues: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, carriers, and vendors to promptly address delays, disruptions, or service concerns.
• Coordinate store delivery routes: Plan, schedule, and adjust transportation routes to ensure timely deliveries and optimal resource utilization for servicing Grandpa Joe's retail locations.
• Manage all freight: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for the National Operations, Support & Distribution Center, verify documentation, track freight status, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize spend: Analyze freight costs, identify savings opportunities, and support strategic initiatives to reduce overall logistics expenses.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with logistics applications and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Full-Time position requiring 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center.
