    • Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries as needed.
  • Generate internal financial statements and assist with budget monitoring.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audit preparation.

    • Core Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

    • Location : South Bend, IN

    Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday

    Compensation : $56,000-$72,000 annually
