Senior Accounting Policy Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Accounting Policy & Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and formalize policy governance, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals

Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and productivity

Support internal controls and compliance, including SOX compliance, while managing ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA (or equivalent) preferred

Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in public company accounting functions within a global organization

Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and accounting policies

Proven ability to work cross-functionally across the organization

Hands-on individual contributor with a continuous improvement mindset
