About the Position

• Join a leading health system in beautiful Santa Barbara County, CA
• Lead a team of 4 MDs and 2 APPs while collaborating with a neighboring clinic in San Luis Obispo to ensure cohesive care across the region
• Ensure balance at work with a combination of 3 clinical days and 2 administrative per week
• Drive growth and program development, especially in the context of clinical trials with the full support of a robust Research Department in a large hospital system
