Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in. This role is vital to the growth and success of our agency. • Perform policy reviews with current customers
• Retain clients in our book of business through excellent customer service
• Achieve sales goals and measurables by identifying sales opportunities insde the book of business
• active outreach to current customers as well as past customers and people that have been quoted in the past
• Solve underwriting and inspection issues that arise
• Provide service to current customers
• Mange pipeline through company-provided sustems and follow-up accordingly
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules in our industry

If hired and you are not licensed, we will walk you through the process of obtaining your property and casualty license. Must live in CA- no remote work offered
