Fleet Back Office Intern

Fleet Back Office Intern is responsible for the administration of pricing and invoicing, support of fleet service providers and fleet customers; Work closely together with the Front Office Agents and the truck team to deliver services on the highest level; Full ownership of upload and maintenance of pricing data for FOS fleets (customer and service providers); Job recording on the Goodyear FOS Platform Daily tire orders creation and error handling for Purchase Orders

Internship Responsibilities :

• Execute tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the preparation of research materials and relevant documentation
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate entry of information and records
• Observe and assist across various office roles to gain exposure and training in diverse functions
