About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Nursing to play a pivotal role in integrating clinical expertise into the organization's strategy, innovations, and operations. The successful candidate will be a senior executive, championing the nursing profession, and ensuring that the company's solutions are deeply rooted in real-world clinical insight. This includes serving as the clinical voice in product development, regulatory strategy, and innovation, as well as building and nurturing partnerships with national professional organizations, boards, and nursing leaders. The role also involves leading the Nurse Advisory Committee and providing strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on nursing and regulatory trends. Applicants for the Vice President of Nursing position at the company must be licensed nursing professionals with an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) and an active, unrestricted professional RN license. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership in nursing is required, along with a strong national presence and relationships within key nursing and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement skills, and a demonstrated passion for innovation, equity, and the advancement of the nursing profession.
