Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, candidates will be expected to work in ICUs and also floors

Locals accepted : No. What is the local radius rule? 75 miles

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Yes

RTO Restrictions : No more than 7 days within 13 week contract

Guaranteed Hours : 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned

Special Requirements : Epic experience

Airway Management Devices / Suctioning required : Endrotracheal tube / suctioning, Extubation, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal / suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy / suctioning

Medication Administration required : Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Inhaled Flolan, Inhaled steroids, Lidocaine, Nitric Oxide (INo), Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Xopenex

Medication Delivery Systems : Aerosol set up mask, Aerosol set up trach, Metered dose inhaler

Nebulizer required : Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar, Ultrasonic

Oxygen Therapy required : High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)

Ventilator Management : BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation

ABG interpretation required
